New Clients

 

New clients need to fill out our Health History Form prior to your arrival as instructed in confirmation email.

If not done, it will have to be filled out before treatment starts and may affect your treatment time.

Cancelations and Lateness

 

• Cancellation and rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hr.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment by Text 647-704-4503 or Email [email protected] or reschedule online. Failure to do so will result in No-Show Fee.

• 50% No- Show Fee Policy : This means that clients will be charged 50% of their appointment fee, should they fail to arrive,

or if they cancel or reschedule less than 24 hr before the appointment.

• NO-SHOW FEE will be charged on the credit card on file. 

Accounts with no balance won't be permitted to book future appointments until  "NO-SHOW FEE" Is fully paid.

• Please be on time but arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

If you arrive late, the treatment will still end at the scheduled time with no change in fees.

• We ask that you fill out the intake form fully prior to your arrival as it saves time from your treatment if done in person.

• Please arrive with clean skin. (No make up, please).

Parking

 

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

All services are provided by Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

 

Please note this is a Home Based Professional Massage Therapy Clinic.

Appointments are REQUIRED. No walk-ins are accepted.

Direct billing is available but is depending on your own insurance benefits and coverage.

Please contact your insurance for availability, terms and coverage.
