It is recommended to keep hydrated through out the day. It is wise to uptake your electrolytes after using any type of sauna. Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge; Chloride, potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium can be lost through sweat and need to be replaced through diet.  They have many important functions; from regulating your heartbeat to allowing your muscles to contract so you can move.
Choose a fruit or a vegetable such as bananas, apples, squash, sweet potatoes which are rich in electrolytes and coconut water is nature's electrolyte replacement drink.
If you don't have the time for any of these... Gatorade will do.
